Danemarq – Pierre Duval


A small map of Denmark, including a part of southern Sweden and Schleswig and Holstein, depicting towns and rivers. The map was published by Pierre Duval in his famous work “Le Monde ou la Geographie Universelle”, which was published in many editions. Pierre Duval was the nephew and pupil of the famous french geographer Nicolas Sanson (1600-1667).
