Charming rare miniature map of parts of Morocco and Algeria, set in a page of text, from Johann Ulrich Müller’s Neu-außgefertigter Kleiner Atlas, a work published by George Kuhnen in Ulm, 1702. The maps published in J. U. Müller’s world geography were probably engraved by Gabriel Bodenehr after Sigismund Hipscman.
Decorated with animals in form of a snake, an elephant and a lion, a distance scale and a title cartouche.
